One of my favorite Journe designs, and I am getting pretty interested in possibly acquiring one. I have heard of issues with the date malfunctioning. For current owners, can they attest to these problems or are they overblown?

To play with straps…. I love this watch, even without the strap. It such an elegant and pure object. Anybody who want to play? Enjoy the weekend

I have a nagging fascination with this watch and its unique mechanism. Could current owners comment on its performance? I assume the dry escapement increases the service period time significantly.
